Water supply. watershed/ water quality protection to City of San Diego drinking water reservoirs

Authority for Organization if part of a governmental process (Federal, State or Local regulation).
Local compliance to state Regional Water Quality Control Board and Department of Health Services regulations for reservoir water quality.

Please list the Top Five Watershed Issues that you would like to see resolved.
1.  Collaboration on identifying pollutant priorities
2.  Practical use of Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) process for water quality
3.  Development of City/regional watershed
4.  More cohesive interagency support on reservoir water quality
5.  Joint watershed/water quality protection proiects, e.g., monitoring, source controls, restoration
