ID and eliminate illegal discharges and illicit connections to stormwater conveyance system in unincorporated San Diego County and increase public awareness and pollution prevention of stormwater egress.

San Diego County Ordinace (No. 8394) Sec. 67.801 through 67.811.

Please list the Top Five Watershed Issues that you would like to see resolved.
1.   Proper Planning of current Urban Development Areas and Future UDAs that minimize stormwater runoff.
2.   Health of recreational water bodies affected by stormwater pollution

Please list contributions that your organization could make to the Watershed program, challenges you are facing, lessons learned, remaining questions, special accomplishments.
CONTRIBUTIONS MADE: Training of all county employees and auditing of all county facilities to comply with stormwater ordinance and NPDES permit.
AVAILABLE MATERIALS: Outreach materials (printed brochures, pencils, magnets, and coloring books) static "Skip Frye" display.
